Avec ses douze \u00e9glises, le territoire pr\u00e9sente des contours g\u00e9ographiques, administratifs et socio-\u00e9conomiques remplis de contrastes. Celui-ci compte pour 20% du poids d\u00e9mographique total de la paroisse, soit environ 12 000 habitants ! Le quartier de Lalande et son \u00e9glise d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 Sainte-Madeleine, constitue la fronti\u00e8re sud de la paroisse qui nous am\u00e8ne jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Barri\u00e8re de Paris, dans Toulouse, o\u00f9 se croisent l&rsquo;avenue de Fronton et la route de Launaguet. Comme les communes urbaines d&rsquo;Aucamville (9 578 hab.), Fonbeauzard (3 086 hab.) et Saint-Alban (6 447 hab.), Lalande reste cependant de taille modeste avec moins de 5 km\u00b2 de superficie. Lalande connait un fort taux de croissance d\u00e9mographique de 42,7 %, Aucamville 13,85 % Fonbeauzard 4,12 % et Saint Alban 5,31 % entre 2016 et 2022.\u00a0 Fonbeauzard pr\u00e9sente en outre la particularit\u00e9 de ne pas avoir d&rsquo;\u00e9glise. On y c\u00e9l\u00e8bre l&rsquo;Eucharistie pourtant deux fois par an, pour la f\u00eate paroissiale de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e et pour la f\u00eate locale en juillet et c&rsquo;est le gymnase qui se voit transform\u00e9 pour quelques heures en belle \u00e9glise !<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><div  class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion_builder_column_1_1  fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last 1_1\"  style='margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\" style=\"padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"  data-bg-url=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:31px;\"><h2 class=\"title-heading-left\">La ville, en force !<\/h2><div class=\"title-sep-container\"><div class=\"title-sep sep-double sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#e0dede;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Castelginest (11 033 hab.) ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 Aucamville, Saint-Alban et le quartier de Lalande cumulent \u00e0 eux-seuls pr\u00e8s de 70 % de la population de l&rsquo;ensemble paroissial Aucamville-Saint-Loup Cammas.<br \/>\nA l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9, situ\u00e9es sur la rive droite du Girou, au nord du territoire se trouvent les communes rurales de Bazus (600 hab), Gargas (758 hab) et Villari\u00e8s (879 hab.). Ces petites communes approchent, elles, d&rsquo;une superficie de10 km\u00b2. Un chiffre \u00e0 mettre en parall\u00e8le avec l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 agricole toujours tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente dans ces villages (20% \u00e0 Bazus, 12 % \u00e0 Gargas, 4,3 % \u00e0 Villari\u00e8s). Elles connaissent une progression d\u00e9mographique entre 7 et 10 %.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><div  class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion_builder_column_1_1  fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last 1_1\"  style='margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\" style=\"padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"  data-bg-url=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:31px;\"><h2 class=\"title-heading-left\">Un territoire riche<\/h2><div class=\"title-sep-container\"><div class=\"title-sep sep-double sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#e0dede;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toutes les communes de notre ensemble paroissial connaissent un taux de croissance d\u00e9mographique entre 2016 et 2022 positif ; outre les communes cit\u00e9es plus haut, Castelginest 8,18 %, Pechbonnieu (4 792 hab) 8,42 % mais surtout, plus au nord, C\u00e9pet avec un taux de 32,55 % pour 2 325 habitants. Ces communes grandissent du fait de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de nouvelles populations.<br \/>\nAu c\u0153ur du territoire, Saint-Loup Cammas (2 343), Labastide-Saint-Sernin (1 946 hab.) et Montberon (3 121 hab.) pr\u00e9sentent un niveau de vie tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec un revenu m\u00e9dian annuel (ii) s&rsquo;\u00e9levant entre plus de 27 000\u20ac et plus de 25 000 \u20ac pour ces trois villages, situ\u00e9s g\u00e9ographiquement et \u00e9conomiquement \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e du monde rural et urbain. Plus proche de la m\u00e9tropole toulousaine, Aucamville a le plus bas revenu m\u00e9dian (21 920\u20ac) avec Lalande-Toulouse (&lt; 21 960\u20ac).<br \/>\nD&rsquo;un point de vue \u00e9conomique, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de C\u00e9pet, Villari\u00e8s, Bazus et Gargas, l&rsquo;agriculture a quasiment disparu du territoire o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on trouve aujourd&rsquo;hui une activit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s majoritairement tourn\u00e9e vers le commerce et les services.
